STARTER PROGRAM: 2 sessions.  Ideal for just getting yourself started. I set you up on a workout and meal plan for you to follow on your own.

Extreme BODY Makeover: 4 sessions per week.  Balanced weights, cardio and nutrition.

ACCELERATED PROGRAM: An even more intense version of the Extreme Body Makeover - 5-6 days of training and cardio per week for the most rapid results humanly possible!

ULTRA-RAPID FAT LOSS: This program has the most emphasis on cardio and diet, slightly less time with weight training.  3-4 days personal training / week

VIP Executive program: Our most premium program.  Not for everyone.
